Minna is an Analyst at the Stockholm Centre for Eastern European Studies (SCEEUS).

Minna is also a PhD candidate at Stockholm University, as part of the research project “NORDSECURE: Resilience or Rupture? The Nordic Security Community in an Age of Antagonistic Threats”, a NordForsk-funded collaboration between Stockholm University, the Swedish Institute of International Affairs, the University of Copenhagen, Tampere University and the Peace Research Institute Oslo. She is also an Associate Fellow at Chatham House’s Europe Programme in London, a Non-Resident Fellow at CEPA’s Transatlantic Defense and Security Programme in Washington, D.C., and a member of the ECFR Council. Previously, she worked at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs and the German Institute for International and Security Affairs.
