Minna is an Analyst at the Stockholm Centre for Eastern European Studies (SCEEUS).

Areas of expertise:

• Hybrid warfare
• EU and NATO
• Arctic security

Minna is also an Associate Fellow at Chatham House Europe Programme in London and a Non-resident Fellow at CEPA Transatlantic Defense and Security programme in Washington, D.C. Previously, she worked at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs and at the German Institute for International and Security Affairs. Her research focuses on hybrid warfare, NATO, as well as Arctic and wider European security. Her expertise also includes German foreign, security and defence policy.
