SCEEUS publish text and analysis in the formats of Report, Guest Report, Commentary, Guest Commentary and Quick Comment. 

Any views expressed in a Guest Report or in a Guest Commentary are those of the author. A publication does not necessarily mean that SCEEUS shares the author’s views, or that SCEEUS supports the author’s arguments or policy recommendations. The purpose of publishing guest writers' texts is to provide a platform where different perspectives, sometimes directly contradictory, are made visible in order to contribute to an increased awareness of the sometimes widely differing perspectives, arguments and recommendations that exist within the geographical area that SCEEUS's mandate covers.
