SCEEUS Voices on Russia

Russia’s aggression against Ukraine has expanded into a war on a scale unseen in Europe since World War II. The war has brought enormous destruction to Ukraine and shaken Europe to its core. But the war is also changing Russian state and society, raising several questions to address: How is Russian society developing considering the war? How is the regime evolving? What are the consequences of Russia’s foreign policy for Europe and the rest of the world? What is the future of Russia?

During 2023-2024, SCEEUS is releasing a series of reports written by Russian and international experts addressing these and other questions important for understanding Russia’s current trajectory and future prospects.
