The SCEEUS 2022/2023 Eastern Europe Policy Project is financed by the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs with the purpose of providing policy input and recommendations to the Swedish Government before and during the Swedish 2023 EU Presidency as regards the future EU policy on Eastern Europe. This includes all topics related to EU integration, accession and cooperation, war support to Ukraine, reconstruction of Ukraine, and regional cooperation, where the focus is on the countries of Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Belarus.
The project consists of different parts that all aim to engender new policy ideas and analysis, including events, inhouse and commissioned products, and a Strategy Group.
