SCEEUS Strategy Group 2023

On 12-13 December, SCEEUS organised, for the second consecutive year, a meeting of the Strategy Group, which gathers experts from international think tanks, academia, and the diplomatic service, to generate ideas and input for a new Russia and Eastern Europe policy.

This year's meeting delved into various aspects of Russia's war against Ukraine, including narratives, EU integration and reconstruction and assessment of a new Eastern European policy for Moldova, Belarus and the Southern Caucasus.
